Why patriotism? HmmmBunker Hill, West Point, Valley Forge and a bunch more!!!Ft Detroit, New Orleans, Washington DC, Baltimore and a few more!!!Sand Diego, Monterey (both) and a few more!!Bull Run, Shiloh, Shenandoah Valley, Vicksburg and a WHOLE lot more!!Cuba, the Philippines and a couple of more!Columbus, NMFrance and BelgiumNorth Africa, Italy, France, Batan, Corrigedor, Pearl Harbor, Guam, Wake Island, Iwo Jima and on and on and on..Oh yeah and the pictures an uncle brought back from Germany...he was an amateur photographer and trust me they were not fake!!!! Oh yeah and the grandfathers of a few of my friends, who even though were not treated as Americans used their language to beat the Japannese..Or how about the Japanese Americans who won more medals for bravery in Europe than any other unit?Korea!!Vietnam!!New York City not once but twice. Remembered they had tried to blow up one earlier with a car bomb!Washington DC...where after they ran out THEY RAN BACK IN!!Afghanistan where women were less important than roaches and now vote!Iraq....where once the tribal fighting is over might be a cool place to visit since it is considered the birth place of modern civilization...of course after OUR engineers remove the mines!!Hmm I wonder why?
