PRCA makes more positive strides

I just read the PRCA's April Board meeting draft and I was impressed to say the least! You may not beleive it but I sure do think they're listening to the good ideas! One of the most impressive changes is they've hired Kendra Santos to head the Media department! Kendra, as most of you will recognize her name, is one of the foremost writers on all subjects rodeo! Congadulations to the PRCA on this BIG time hire. Another great change I read in the records is a new policy of promote from within. There is NO better way to improve your system than to hire quality people who already know the system. Now we just have to hope it's the quality people who get hired and not the butt kissers with good papers behind their names!
